Individual Signup JOIN A TEAM No Team No Problem We understand that life gets busy, and putting together a team for weekly leagues can be tough. If you’re new to the area or just need a few extra players, join as an individual! If you have a small group you can join the same team together or email us and we can ensure you get on the same team. How it works STEP 1 PICK YOUR SPORTS We offer all your favorite sports at locations throughout Louisville. Choose the sport and location that is right for you! STEP 2 Register And Pay Once you decide on your sport and location, click on the link to join the team. Your spot isn’t confirmed on the team until you complete registration and payment. STEP 3 keep an eye out for an email You may be wondering what happens if your team doesn’t fill. That can happen, but that doesn’t mean you don’t get to play! If your team does not fill within a few weeks of the league, we will reach out to try to move you to another team that also works for your schedule. STEP 4 GET READY TO PLAY! Once the team you joined is full, we will email all players on the team to connect you. Once a team captain is set, we will pass the team over to them! They will be your point of contact for the season. Individual Signup FAQ What is an individual player? An individual without enough teammates to fill a team. We match up individuals with others to create a team of new friends in the league you want to play in! What happens if my team doesn’t fill up? We will do our best to make sure your team is filled on the day you selected. In the rare instance it doesn’t fill, we will work with you to find a league with a full team that also works with your schedule. Can I join a team with my small group and fill the rest of the team with individuals? Just get in contact with us so that we are aware. We will fill the rest of your team with others who are ready to have fun, compete, and make new friends. Why would I join a team of individuals? To play and make new friends! Our goal is for these free agent teams to go on and form their own established teams in future seasons. Brett and Ryan are super easy to communicate with and go out of their way to make accommodations for anyone playing in their leagues. I recommend them to all of my friends who are looking for a fun new hobby. liz inmon Speaking on behalf of LXC Flag Football. This league is the best non-contact flag football league in Louisville hands down, and I’ve played in several different ones. But since joining my first LXC league over 10 years ago until now, they have been the best! This league is competitive and ran very well. Cancellation and such happen do to weather and unforeseen circumstances, but games are always made up. I would recommend this league to EVERYONE!!!!! Kristopher Gearlds

LXC Sports & Social Policies
LXC SPORTS & SOCIAL POLICIES Sub Policy Only players who have been placed on the roster are eligible to play. Subs are allowed to play free of charge for single games during the regular season only. LXC must be notified 24 hours before the start of the game who the player is that is subbing in and who they are replacing. A formal protest may be filed to the referee before 5 minutes into a game if an opposing player’s eligibility is in question. Any protest made after 5 minutes into the game or after a game will not be considered a formal protest. The player in question will be required to show his ID to the official. If no ID is available, the player must write down his full name, email, phone number and signature. The game will then be played in its entirety as scheduled. Teams will be notified of all rulings on the identified eligibility discrepancy before the next week’s games – decisions will not be made on site. If the protest is proven to be legitimate, it will result in the forfeiture of the game in question. All rulings by LXCs staff are considered final. Teams may pick up players from other teams in the same league (maximum 3 players) only during the regular season and only if they do not have enough to field a full team. In other words, teams may not pick up players if they already have enough to field a team or if it is during the playoffs. The opposing team will have a part in choosing these players and all final decision on players chosen will be up to the LXC staff. Players not on your team roster may NOT play in the playoffs. A formal protest may be filed with the referee if you believe a team has violated this policy BEFORE the end of the game. The ref will check the roster and remove the player if warranted at the time of the protest. Any protests after the game will not be eligible. We understand that there may be circumstance that warrant a team using a sub in the tournament. These cases must be brought to the attention of LXC staff at least 24 hours prior to the game and final decision will be made by LXC Staff. Team Payment Policy I. TEAM PAYMENTS a.
